Why is my revenue different on Muncho and Stripe?
You can check your revenue and related fees through Stripe or on Muncho manager portal's finance management.
The default time on Muncho is Pacific Standard Time (PST), while the default time on Stripe is Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
To accurately check your revenue and related fees, please edit the time on your Muncho portal to UTC. Note that there is an 8 hour difference.
For example:
The time displayed on Muncho manager portal: Dec 28, 2021, 2:01 PM (PST = UTC - 08:00)
The same time is displayed on Stripe as: Dec 29,2021, 12:01 AM (UTC)
How do I make sure that the fee collected by Muncho is correct?
The business's net income for each order is detailed on the Muncho manager portal in real-time.
To compare the charges on Muncho with the charges on Stripe, change the PST time zone on Muncho to UTC time zone (which is used by Stripe).
Why is the fee on Stripe different from my charges?
The fee displayed on Stripe also includes the service fees collected from the customers, which is not shown on the Muncho manager portal for ease of calculation. So the fees on Stripe appear higher than they actually are.
